3. I keep my emotions in check, stay calm and maintain and even tone of voice while providing feedback
4. I provide precise and detailed information about the employee's performance or behavior
5. I clarify my expectations and provide inputs needed in developing an action plan for meeting desired goals
6. I make sure I thank and encourage the receivers of my feedback
7. I keep in mind the other person's point of view and preferred communication style
8. I genuinely listen to what is being said when I receive a feedback
9. I am keen to learn from feedback about my behavior or performance at work
10. I attempt to turn every feedback session into a valuable session rather than ignoring it 
11. I accept reinforcement and redirection instead of denying them
12. I accept my responsibility to contribute in achieving individual, team, and organizational goals
13. I accept the responsibility of my performance and behavior that act as hindrance in achieving common goals
