As you watch, focus on the following:
- Who are the key stakeholders in your current role or responsibility?
- Where do their expectations align or conflict with yours?
- How do you usually respond when priorities change or tensions rise?
- What happens to outcomes when ownership or alignment is unclear?
Come prepared with:
